Jane Kreusler-Walsh handles appeals and trial support in all areas of the law, including business and contract disputes, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance, class actions, securities, family law, probate and trust.  In practice for over three decades, Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has over 575 decisions and has appeared numerous times in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court and all Florida District Courts of Appeal.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is Board Certified in Appellate Law by the Florida Bar and has an AV-Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest mark for competency and ethics.  Florida Super Lawyers ranks Ms. Kreusler-Walsh as among the Top 50 Women attorneys in Florida and the Top 100 Miami Super Lawyers.  Florida Super Lawyers featured her on the cover of its 2011 edition.  Chambers USA 2017 has ranked Ms. Kreusler-Walsh as one of the top 13 appellate lawyers in Florida for 14 years and describes her as ‘“one of the premier lawyers’ at the Bar.”  According to Chambers USA 2017, she has an ‘“exceptional reputation in personal injury cases’” and is “regularly engaged for her expert counsel on product liability, securities and contract disputes.”  Best Lawyers in America has included Ms. Kreusler-Walsh in its list for 18 years and named her Lawyer of the Year in Appellate Practice for West Palm Beach in 2018, 2015 and 2011.  Florida Trend inducted Ms. Kreusler-Walsh into its Legal Elite Hall of Fame.  Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is one of 14 Florida fellows of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, and a fellow of the American Law Institute, the Litigation Council of America and the American Bar Foundation.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has a long record of service to the Bar and her profession.  She presently serves on The Florida Bar Rules of Judicial Administration Committee (2018-___).  She also served on the Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee (2012-2018), The Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Contract and Business Cases (2011-2015), its Committee on Judicial Evaluations (2006-2008), and its Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases (1998-2004).  She is a former chair of The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Certification Committee and the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission.  She served three terms as vice-chair of The Florida Bar Appellate Rules Committee, chaired Grievance Committee 15B, and chaired the Palm Beach County Appellate Practice Committee for 7 years.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh currently serves on the Advisory Council of St. Mary’s Hospital and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital.  She is on the board and Vice President of Making Every Day Count, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting family and juvenile delinquency drug courts in Palm Beach County.  Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is also on the Board of Trustees and a Vice President of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Palm Beach area chapter.  Ms. Kreusler-Walsh was the first woman President of the Board of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
