Can new evidence be heard at my appellate hearing?

Video Transcription:

No. New evidence cannot be heard at the appellant level. Like everything, there are some exceptions. There are always exceptions, for example, in cases involving children. But in the vast majority of cases, the appellant court limits the review to what was before the trial court at the time the trial court ended the final judgment.
