kw vs appeals

How much time do I have to file a notice of appeal in Florida?

Video Transcription:

In Florida, you have 30 days to file your notice of appeal. If you’re appealing from a final judgment and you filed a motion for new trial, then that time to appeal is extended until there’s an order denying or granting that motion for new trial so your 30 days really runs from the order on the new trial. If it’s a non-final appeal, the 30 days runs from the order itself.
