Jane Kreusler-Walsh is Board Certified in Appellate Law by The Florida Bar and has an AV-Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest mark for competency and ethics. She handles appeals and trial support in all areas of the law, including business and contract disputes, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance, class actions, securities, family law, probate and trust. In practice for four decades, Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has over 575 decisions and has appeared numerous times in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and Florida District Courts of Appeal.

Best Lawyers selected Ms. Kreusler-Walsh as the Lawyer of the Year in Appellate Practice for West Palm Beach, Florida, in 2024, 2018, 2015 and 2011. Florida Super Lawyers ranks Ms. Kreusler-Walsh as one of the Top 10 Super Lawyers in Florida and featured her on the cover of the 2011 edition of its magazine. Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is one of only 19 Florida fellows of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, a national invitation-only organization founded to advance the highest standards and practices of appellate advocacy and to recognize outstanding appellate attorneys. The American Law Institute, a national, invitation-only organization promoting the clarification and simplification of the law and its better adaption to social needs has recognized Ms. Kreusler-Walsh since 2006.  Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is a lifetime fellow of The American Bar Foundation, the nation’s leading research institute for the empirical study of law. 

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has a long record of service to the Bar and her profession. She served as Vice Chair of The Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee and as a member of The Florida Bar Rules of Judicial Administration Committee. She also served on The Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Contract and Business Cases, its Committee on Judicial Evaluations, and its Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases. She is a former chair of The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Certification Committee and the Florida District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. She served three terms as Vice-Chair of The Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee, chaired Grievance Committee 15B, and chaired the Palm Beach County Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee for 7 years.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh also dedicates time to serving her community. She was the first woman President of the Board of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and served on that Board for 9 years. She also previously served on the Advisory Council of St. Mary’s Hospital and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital, on Board and Vice President of Making Every Day Count, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting family and juvenile delinquency drug courts in Palm Beach County. Ms. Kreusler-Walsh also served on the Board of Trustees and as a Vice President of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Palm Beach area chapter.
